[On the first rain at 7.30 today…..]

The generous drops of rain

Give us gladness galore,

That’s HIS way of saying

“I care for you more

than you really think!”

The potholes filled to the brink

with water from the skies.

The caressing coolness lives ,

The horrible heat now dies.

Yes! We will have more hope

 to celebrate this day,

Let GOD shower more love

Let’s drench in every way.

The air is so much fresher

The plants are so much green

O ! Welcome the first ever rain

Each  face has a happy sheen!

The heart fills with gratitude

To the one who cares for all,

No words can thank you GOD!

For the bounties big and small!
